Prosper Maufoux is an historical wine estate in Burgundy, housed in the Château de Saint-Aubin, in Côte d'Or. Founded in 1860, the house has largely participated in the development of Burgundy wines in the world, especially in the United States. Its exceptional vineyards are extended in the mythical terroirs of the Côte de Beaune: Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. The family estate also extends to the Côte de Nuits, the Côte Châlonnaise and the Mâconnais.
