The estate is located in Maimbray, in the municipality of Sury-En-Vaux, northwest of Sancerre. Pascal Joulin is on the estate since 2008. Sauvignon and the Pinot Noir, divided up between two kinds of terroir both typical of the Maimbray hillsides: the “Caillottes” (pebbly soil) and the “Terres Blanches” (white land), with southest and northwest exposure respectively. The manual harvesting favors the quality of our wines. Our wines are HVE level 3 certifield.
