The smallest of the great Burgundy wine houses ! Founded in 1816, the Jaffelin winery was restored and modernized in 2004. Our young winemaker, Marinette Garnier, refines the Jaffelin wines in the 12th century Caves du Chapître. Jaffelin produces wines with character and authenticity.
