LAVAU SAS
Formerly from St Emilion, the Lavau Family has been involved in
winemaking for several generations, from Bordeaux to the hills of Tunisia. In 1964, Jean-Guy Lavau decided to settle in the Rhône Valley.
60 years later, the cellar is now managed by his two sons Benoit and Frederic. The family owns 3 cellars and have partnership with 350 grape growers, vinifying most of the appellations of the southern Rhône valley, including Tavel, Vacqueyras, Gigondas and Chateauneuf du Pape.
