Pale pink colour. A delicate bouquet which opens after airing onto floral and fruity notes, white flesh fruit, a hint of citrus fruit: grapefruit, tangerine. A gentle approach on the palate leading to a delightful, thirst-quenching, elegant bitter twist on the finish. Remarkably balanced.
