Very pale. Fresh nose, with notes of pineapple, but also lemontree flowers and fleshy pear. On the palate, a very subtle and facetted wine with a delightful liveliness and a well-balanced finish. Long and straight forward. Sheer elegance for this very rare white Minervois from our sandstone hills !
