The Moulin-à-vent is from two villages, between Burgundy and the Rhône: Romanèche-Thorins and Chénas. Shallow granite soils, rich in manganese, this cuvée comes only from the vines of Mr. Manin, winegrower cooperator. Intense wine, greedy with powerful and velvety tannins.
