Bouvet Blanc de Blancs Crémant de Loire Brut Vintage

Pale yellow color with hints of gold-green. The bubbles bursting on the surface release delicious aromas of yellow fruits: peaches, quinces, mirabelles, and particularly ripe apricots. Then notes of hazelnuts, roasted almonds, and a toasted hint of grilled bread enhance a very smoky finish. Very subtle attack, deliciously fresh. A hint of citrus, and a floral touch of spring flowers and lime blossom lift the finish.
