Radical Cassoulet

Because this 2022 vintage deprived us of our 4 mono grape cuvées for lack of volume, we had to blend a few of them to vinify correctly. We decided to make a unique cuvée witness to this so particular vintage. From this blend of Côt and Braucol, a gourmet and fleshy juice is born.
