Sancerre Blanc "Caillottes"

Cuvée resulting from a selection of old plots of Sauvignon over 40 years old on a limestone soil called "Caillottes". The limestone brings minerality, the age of the vines allows richness, density and substance. The blending of the two reveals a complete, elegant and characterful wine.
