DIEU LE PERE SYRAH 2023 VIN DE FRANCE

Vinified the old-fashioned way, with long maceration and daily pumping over Malolactic fermentation on marc. 10% aged in French oak barrels during 6 months. Deep and dark color with purple shade. Dark berry aromas such as blackberry and blueberry with a hint of spices from terroir. A tasting wine to be drunk with red meat or sauces. It also goes well with cheese.
