Pouilly Fumé Minéralithe, Domaine Masson-Blondelet

Harvested on very hard Portlandian limestone soils typical of our Loire Valley region, the Minéralithe cuvée comes from Sauvignon Blanc vines with an average age of 35 years. This great wine has an amazing purity and clarity of fruit combined with an unusual minerality, richness and concentration. Served chilled ~ 12°C, it is ideal alone as an aperitif, but also the perfect match with all fish (raw, cooked, grilled or smoked), all seafood, chicken, asparagus, white meat & many cheese.
