Pineau d'Aunis is a grape variety found only in the Loire Valley : in Touraine. It is a red grape with white juice which, when vinified as a rosé, gives rise to an elegant and highly original wine, with a beautiful "onion skin" colour and very typical spicy notes of white pepper. It is a funny wine!
