Red wine vinified in stainless steel vats and matured for 12 months in oak barrels. Deep red colour. A nose with hints of vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, with a smooth, silky texture. Mellow tannins are enveloped by aromas of violet, morello cherry. Will develop well with a few years' cellaring.
