Les Infusions 8,5% Monarch/Pinot Noir

Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and bacteria to produce a dry red wine naturally low in alcohol. Aged on fine lees in concrete tank during 6 months; 30% of the blend is aged in French oak. Beautiful ruby red colour. Nose of spices and fruit, with aromas of red and black cherry , kirsch and vanilla. Subtle notes of red fruit vanilla and chocolate. Light and easy to drink, well-balanced with silky tannins.
