Les Infusions 8,5% Floréal/Chardonnay

Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and bacteria to obtain a dry white wine naturally low in alcohol. Aged on fine lees in steel vats. A part of the wine is aged in french oak barrels during four months. Light yellow colour. Notes of tropical fruit white pear, grapefruit and and vanilla.
