SAN GHJUVA ARMONIA

Each grape variety has its own unique aromas. To create our San Ghjuvà Armonia White cuvée, we took care to macerate each grape variety separately to extract their vegetal aromas to the fullest. We then fermented them together, aiming to harmonize the blend.
