With the aim of creating light red wines with a fresh breeze for summer, we employ original winemaking techniques that maximize the extraction of fruity aromas from red grape varieties without extracting excessive tannins that give a sensation of roughness on the palate. Fruity wines are best enjoyed chilled, while robust red wines are better enjoyed at room temperature.
