Alfred

In 2023, we wanted to capture the fruit and tension by trying to work like a white (direct pressing) in association with our old Alicante Bouschet parcel. And, this vat turned into a veritable aromatic explosion as fermentation progressed, so we added a hint of structure with a Syrah/Grenache blend. Alfred is the name of the Domaine's emblematic Hare. He wanders right up to our windows, truffled and bearded by Orfée, our adorable "hunting dog".
