Vineyard with an altitude of 350 meters oriented East.
Grapes picked manually in over-ripening after drying (natural drying on the vine). Vinified in accordance with traditions and aged 10 months in stainless steel tanks.
A wine ready to taste that will improve for 5/6 years. To accompany the aperitif, semi-cooked foie gras toasts, sweet and savory dishes, blue cheeses and fruity desserts.
