"Pigeonnier," "Restanques," and "Château" are the three historic vineyard parcels dedicated to the production of this wine. The grapes are pressed and fermented separately in small oval containers, eggs, and 500L jars. The best juice is aged on lees for nine months. Pale peach robe with lychee reflections. Spicy, expressive nose with notes of apricot, raspberry, and pineapple. Smooth structure with vanilla hints that enhance the fruity aromas. Cellaring potential: 3-4 years.
