Nestled in a south-facing amphitheatre at the foot of the Montagne Noire, Domaine de la Borie Blanche spans 16 hectares of vineyards under Mediterranean influence. A rare terroir of schist and limestone on exceptional hillside plots, among the highest in the appellation. GRAPES 55% Grenache, 45% Syrah TASTING NOTES Deep garnet colour. Spicy nose with aromas of fresh black fruits (blackberry, plum). Full-bodied and deep palate, a hint of mint. A lingering finish with notes of prunes.
