St Nicolas de Bourgueil

This wine shows a strong and brilliant purple colour. Its nose is intense with aromas of red and ripe berries underlined by a point of pepper or of licorice . The presence of soft tannins make the mouth supple and smooth. Served at 14°C, it harmoniously pairs with roasted or fried white meats, but also with fishes in red sauces.
