This wine presents a lovely light golden colour and a brilliant robe. The
nose is elegant and mineral with sweet and complex floral notes with a touch of bow flower, honey, limon. THis wine combines freshness and roundness. Delicious with fish and seafood, it is also very good paired with goat cheese like the famous "crottin de Chavignol" and other specialities of the area. To be served chilled between 9 to 11°C.
