Produced from grapes carefully selected and hand-picked in the Loire Valley, this cuvée is vinified according to the “MéthodeTraditionelle”, therefore with a second fermentation in the
bottle. In order to enhance structure and complex aromas, it is matured on its fine lees during a minimum period of 18 months. Pale golden color. A very aromatic nose with notes of vanilla and brioche. Delicate, smooth and deliciously fruity mouth.
