Zénith de Schiste Rosé

Plot selection, manual harvest to pre-serve the berry. Direct pressing with juice selection, cold housing and low temperature vinification to sublimate the aromas. This Rosé is based on the generous Syrah with red and black fruit notes and which gives silver reflections to its pink color. The Grenache com-pletes the blend with notes of white and red cherries. With appetizer tapas, also sa-lads and grilled meats.
