an insulated and air-conditioned cellar. With its crisp and generous berries, the Cinsault is the king of rosé in Pays d’Oc. The Grenache brings a gourmet touch of cherry and red fruit finely chopped for this fresh rosé. For the aperitif and with some tapas.
