Nose : Suave, with high aromatic complexity, very harmonious. Particularly rich. The first nose is empyreumatic and exotic (cane, mango, maracuja). It is then
supported by the acidity of citrus fruits (lime, orange) then evolves towards white flowers.
Palate: Soft, balanced. The fresh cane is extraordinarily transcribed and becomes its very essence. The mid-palate is concentrated, lush, exuberant, and full of sweet fruits: banana, pineapple, mango, pear, the citrus fruits remain very present. 

Nez : Suave, d'une grande complexité aromatique, très harmonieux. Particulièrement riche. Le premier nez se montre empyreumatique et exotique (canne, mangue
maracudja). Il est ensuite soutenu par l'acidité des agrumes (citron vert, orange), puis évolue vers les fleurs blanches. Palais : Doux, équilibré. La canne fraîche est
extraordinairement retranscrite et devient son essence même. Le milieu de bouche est concentré, luxuriant, exubérant et regorge de fruits gourmands : banane, ananas, mangue, poire. Les agrumes restent très présents. La finale est longue et tendrement épicée (gingembre) et n'en finit pas de surprendre par son authenticité et sa
profondeur. Persistance exceptionnelle. La rétro-olfaction est florale, impressionnante de finesse et de longueur.
Dégustation : Se déguste sec ou en ti-punch fruits frais, avec ou sans glace.
