Palate: intense and balanced with great supple flavours. The aromatic palette is faithful to the Bologne style: sugar cane and candied fruit in depth with a hint of iodine. The gourmet bourbon vanilla, as well as spices (star anise, white pepper), are supported by silky tannin. The mid-palate gradually stretches towards notes of ripe banana, cocoa and vanilla. On ice, it develops surprising aromas of candied tropical fruits. The retro-olfaction is slightly spicy and praline.
