Palate: Round, balanced, its spicy attack evokes the best of old spirits. On the palate, fruit (orange, exotic fruits), spice (cinnamon, candied ginger) and floral (honey) aromas mingle, gradually stretching towards dried fruit. A slightly saline trade wind breeze refreshes everything: sugar cane rubs shoulders with citrus fruits and salted butter caramel. Its very fine tannins create a framework that is both pulpy and clean. The retro-olfaction adds even more exoticism (coconut, mango).
