Petit chablis

Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation using indigenous yeasts, aged for 12 months in steel vats on fine lees. Pale gold in colour, Petit Chablis develops aromas of white flowers mixed with notes of citrus fruit on a mineral background. Fresh and supple, with well-balanced acidity.
