Saint-bris

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation using indigenous flora. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats. This Saint-Bris adopts aromas of gunflint, exotic fruit and hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is aromatic, full-bodied, smooth and firm.
