Chablis

Vinification is traditional: fermentation and malolactic using indigenous flora, aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats on the lees. Chablis has a powerful, fresh, iodised, floral and mineral nose. It is well-balanced on the palate, with a fleshy attack.
