Grapes are harvested at a very good ripeness, then they are destemmed before a traditional fermentation. Maceration is rather short. The wine is aged in old barrels in order to get roundness and smooth tannins. Ageing during 8 to 12 months.
Garnet robe, aromas of red fruit such as Morello cherry. In the mouth notes of cherry, Kirch but also leather and vanilla. Tannins are smooth with a mellow finishing.

Couleur rouge grenat; notes de fruits rouges, tels que cerise griotte. En bouche, on retrouve ces notes de cerise, de kirch mais aussi de cuir et de vanille. Les tanins sont veloutés, la finale est toute en douceur, très suave.
