Vinification without SO2, gentle extractions by pumping over and punching down. Matured for a year in lightly toasted French oak barrels for the Syrahs. Grenache aged in vats.

Dark garnet-red colour. A nose of sweet spices, menthol. The attack is very delicate, then the wine gains volume to finish with a lingering freshness.
