From a column still distillation, this Calvados has aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 15 years. Its intense amber color is coupled with a nose with pastry accents (tarte tatin) so characteristic of Calvados Morin. The round and full body releases balanced tannins in a perfect blend. The palate is powerful and harmonious with a finish that opens with caramelized apple. Tasting: A most noble alcohol to discover solo for an aperitif, or at the end of a meal as an exquisite digestive.
