From a traditional column distillation, this Calvados has aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 25 years.
Its copper color is loaded with bronze reflections and is coupled with a nose with aromas of cooked apples with toasted notes opening on cinnamon and nutmeg.
The mouth is ample and powerful. The ardor of this brandy is present but always harmonious.
The finish is very long, all in subtlety.
Tasting:
An admirable alcohol to open with friends, or at the end of a meal with a robusto.
