Resulting from a traditional column distillation carried out in 1973, this Calvados has been mellow in oak barrels for many years. Made of the patina of time, its color takes on a mahogany hue with bronze reflections which gives it an inimitable elegance. The nose mixes precious wood, baked apple and spices.
The mouth is tense, with a nice grain on which we detect a note of cocoa.
The long and sweet finish transports you to a bed of fruit and spices.
A “must have” for the cellar.
