Resulting from a double distillation with ironing, this Calvados has aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 20 years.
Its intense amber color is coupled with a complex nose opening onto vanilla, leather and gingerbread.
The mouth is more complex but offers a nice suppleness supported by a subtle woodiness. The finish delights with a very long coffee note. A must.
Tasting:
A rare and fine alcohol to discover solo for an aperitif, or at the end of a meal with a cigar.
