From a traditional column distillation carried out in 2003, this Calvados was aged in cider oak barrels and then refined in a Sauternes barrel.
Its color is reminiscent of imperial topaz while the aromas are charged with honey and vanilla to finish with more marked notes of apple compote and candied apricot. A marvel of finesse that destabilizes all the senses.
Tasting:
An alcohol that seduces with its multiple aromas and all its sensations for an aperitif or at the end of a meal.
