Vineyard with an altitude of 350 meters oriented East.
VINIFICATION PROCESS
Selection and manual harvest. Gentle pressing, settling and temperature control during fermentation. Aging 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
A wine to taste young to enjoy its freshness. To accompany the aperitif, seafood (oysters), sushi, cooked fish, exotic dishes and mixed salads.
