Selection and manual harvest. Destemming and maceration 21 days with reassembly and shedding. Aging of 18 months in tank before bottling.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
As an aperitif accompanied by tapas, duck breast or confit, burgers, cold cuts and cheeses.
A wine to taste in 5 years.
