FAV0%RITE Sparkling Rosé Désalcoolisé - De-alcoholised 0%

Made from an excellent Rosé with selected grape varieties typical of Provence. Choice of an advanced process: vinification, vacuum de-alcoholisation (cold) and addition of natural aromas to compensate for losses in the still. Colour: Melon, peach. Nose: Savoury with notes of rose, vine peach, passion fruit and pomelo. Palate: Fresh with a nice intensity, again aromas of rose and a finish of apple and the exotism of kiwi fruit, all together with good length.
