Made from a subtle blend of regional grape varieties delicately vinified into rosé by direct pressing and patiently matured in barrels exposed to the Provence sun. It is then enhanced by the addition of herbs and citrus fruit macerations, emblematic of the French Riviera hills and coast.
Composition: Rosé wine and macerations of selected plants and citrus fruits.
Tasting: As a refreshing and low alcohol apéritif, to sip on the rocks, with or without tonic, also, as a fresh cocktail base.
