The French Boy

Made from pebbles and rivers, this 100% Chardonnay benefits from pre-fermentation cold maceration and light stirring of the fine lees. Matured in temperature-controlled vats, it has a golden hue, with aromas of butter and white flowers. On the palate, it is round, full-bodied and long-lasting. Perfect served chilled as an aperitif, with fatty fish or mild cheeses. Available in red and rosé, with screw-cap option.
