This wine, made from schist at an altitude of 200-300 metres, combines 70% Syrah (15 years old), 20% Grenache (35 years old) and 10% old Carignan (80 years old). The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using a combination of traditional maceration and carbonic maceration. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, it has a fruity, mineral nose, with notes of toast, cocoa, blueberries and blackcurrants. Its fine body and long finish make it a wine for laying down, ideal with red meats.
