Made from schist and clay-limestone soils, this rosé is composed of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 20% Mourvèdre. It is produced by direct pressing, followed by static settling and vinification at low temperature. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, it is round, elegant and vinous on the palate, with hints of citrus fruit and a long, lingering lime finish. Perfect with Mediterranean cuisine, ceviche or aperitifs.
