Produced from the clay-limestone soils around Saint-Chinian, this wine, made from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes, is vinified using traditional maceration methods and matured for 12 months in vats. It has a dark, brilliant colour, a powerful nose of red and black fruit, and a spicy, full-bodied palate with roasted aromas and silky tannins. Available in white and rosé, it goes perfectly with grilled meats, red meats, game, lamb and cheeses.
